What it does

Local relay only: it opens a wss:// port on your own machine, turns the WebSocket frames from the web client back into a plain TCP byte stream for the target server, and moves data both ways without touching game packets. The first run creates a self-signed certificate and installs it into the system trust store, which is what lets the browser open a wss:// connection.
